Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, source wiring, and onboarding are included in every plan. Custom sources are included on Growth and Pro.
What counts as a source scope?
One source scope is one thing being watched: a state licensing board, a procurement portal, a set of docket queries, a brand watchlist, one domain you own, and so on. A scope can cover many pages under the same source.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, effective at the next billing cycle. Downgrades keep your history, they just limit what is actively monitored.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Monthly only, because we would rather earn the renewal every month than lock you into a year.
What payment methods do you take?
Cards through our payment processor. Invoicing is available for annual commitments, teams, and agency accounts. Ask on the contact page.
Why is the maximum price $49?
Because monitoring is software, not a research team. The pipeline costs cents per customer to run, and we would rather have a thousand customers at a fair price than fifty at an enterprise price.
